Giancarlo grew up outside of Boston and is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management. He has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Giancarlo founded Core Property Group in 2011 and manages the strategic growth and business development of the firm. Working both in the residential and commercial spaces in MA and Southern NH. The firm specializes in condominium developments, Multi-unit apartment buildings, and commercial properties.
