Zach is the Vice President and Founding Partner at Core Property Group. He began his real estate career over 20 years ago with his family’s company in St. Louis, MO, where he spent a summer renting apartments and discovered his passion for real estate. Zach later moved to Michigan to play Junior Hockey and subsequently to Boston in 2007 to continue his hockey career while attending UMASS Boston & Suffolk University. Zach still plays hockey and participates in the annual Travis Roy Charity Hockey Game. Away from the office Zach is also an avid golfer and enjoys his time away from the city in Maine. During his time at Suffolk University, Zach gained valuable real estate experience in the Back Bay, Beacon Hill and South End neighborhoods. Eventually, he chose to focus his work on the North End/Waterfront and Beacon Hill areas. Zach has been with Core since its establishment in 2011, overseeing day-to-day operations and playing a crucial role in business expansion. He also manages Core’s office in Beacon Hill. As a dedicated member of the North End community, Zach leverages his residency and local expertise to offer clients a personalized and distinctive home-finding experience in the neighborhood. His commitment, hard work, and deep understanding of the downtown market ensure that clients receive informed and enjoyable support whether they are buying, selling, or renting real estate. Along with brokerage experience, Zach also oversees the leasing and management for multiple large scale multifamily investment portfolios in the North End, Beacon Hill, Back Bay & South Boston.
